1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers Only)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing (by email) of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

2. Returning an Item

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We will refund the cost of the item and the standard outbound delivery cost (if applicable).

Any additional delivery costs (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, including return shipping where applicable, in line with your statutory rights under UK law.

5. Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification

Items returned without original packaging

Customised or made-to-order products (if applicable)

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Orders placed with non-UK delivery addresses may be cancelled and refunded.
