The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the item.

2. Returning an Item

Please return the item with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. Please ensure it is securely packed for return shipping.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

We will refund the cost of the item and the standard outbound delivery cost (if applicable).

Any additional delivery costs (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.

Please provide your order number and, if available, photos or videos showing the issue.
